COVID-19 Update

As the novel coronavirus continues to spread, we are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are still open for business and continue to be committed to providing a safe environment for all of our patients while taking proactive measures to lessen coronavirus concerns.

For the safety of our staff, community members and patients, we respectfully ask that patients call (877) 413-8346 to schedule appointments until further notice. While we are not holding regular in-office appointments at this time, our Telehealth consultants are available for appointments via Zoom.

Telehealth, our telemedicine service, allows you to have one-on-one appointments with our doctors from the safety and comfort of your home. A virtual visit allows you to meet with one of our providers through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video chat. All you need is a tablet or mobile phone with a built-in camera and access to broadband internet service. During your virtual visits, providers can conduct a routine appointment, prescribe medications, coordinate additional treatment options and assess whether further care is needed. Getting started is easy — just call our office.

We encourage everyone to practice safe infection control methods. The CDC recommends the following guidance:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
